quererte es así
(for Davide)
This album was born in a moment of personal revolution.
At 40, in the midst of the crisis—hey, they had told me about the crisis, but I still remained incredulous until one day in January 2025—I found myself returning to the essential: to myself.
To my roots. To my voice. To the music that saved me since I was a child.
My mother was my first teacher. A singer, loving, and passionate. She taught me that music isn't just melody; it's heritage, refuge, and truth.
In this album I talk about that: about my roots, about the deep love I feel for my children, about the vertigo of being an intense woman—and I say it with pride.
Of being many at the same time and still being whole.
Each song is a little piece of my story:
💜 The mother who sings while she raises.
🔥 The woman who loved again
🌺 The feminist who believes in sisterhood as a revolution.
🎙️ The artist who wants other women to hear themselves, feel themselves, and free themselves.
"Loving You Is Like That" is not just an album.
It's a bridge.
An open letter.
A stage where we find ourselves without masks.
And in every live performance, in every note, I want to invite you to experience music in a real, intimate, profound way.
Not just to listen to it.
To feel it with your body, your voice, and your soul.
Thanks for being there!
